City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical Power Engineering programme has been extremely successful and has provided exactly the level of training and development that we required for our craft staff. The aim was to provide our candidates with a strong underpinning knowledge and the qualifications required to support their progression within the electrical distribution industry, alongside the practical training and experience they receive within our organisation.

The programme was delivered by EA Technology in partnership with OCU at our Sheffield Training Academy and at your Training Academy at Capenhurst Chester. The delivery has been professional, well structured and, importantly, very supportive of the individual candidates.

The feedback and outcomes from the delegates have been excellent. All of the craft staff who have been through the programme have benefited from the training, with candidates being supported throughout their learning. Where individuals have required additional help, further explanation or additional learning, the EA Technology team could not have done enough to support them and ensure they were given every opportunity to succeed.

This has provided significant benefits to OCU, not only by helping us develop and upskill our existing and new craft workforce, but also by giving our staff a recognised qualification and a stronger technical foundation on which to continue their development within the industry.

Our overall experience of working with EA Technology has been excellent. The team have been extremely approachable, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the programme.
